Celebrate the colors of fall

The colors of fall can simply take your breath way. Go out and enjoy it by yourself or with your friends and loved ones.

Pause. Remember 9/11.

Today, take time to pause for a moment of silence—and remember. Remember those who lost their lives and those who gave their lives to save others. For a few moments, hold them close to your heart and silently remember them with what brings your spirit peace—whether it’s a quiet thought, a prayer, or extending a hand…

Listen and feel

May you find the music that will make you feel the emotions your heart needs to make you come alive in the coming year.

Don’t wait

The breast imaging was followed by an ultrasound of my right armpit. My heart sank when the technician said, “Okay, I’ll ask the doctor to come speak with you”.
That’s when I suddenly realized just how fast life could change in the blink of an eye.

End summer your way

Don’t put away your swimsuits and beach towels just yet. Keep firing up that barbecue grill. Summer is still trying to have its last hurrah. End summer your way doing the things you like to do – or should do.

Drive your fears away

This Halloween, I’ll remind myself not to be afraid of a future that I know I have the power to control while living in the now.

Be Happy

Today, I’m going to celebrate the sunshine finally peeking through the window this morning after days of non-stop rain.

Rise

Like a hot air balloon, fill yourself with what will lift you up – good thoughts, good intentions, self-love, and love for others.
