Don’t wait

The breast imaging was followed by an ultrasound of my right armpit. My heart sank when the technician said, “Okay, I’ll ask the doctor to come speak with you”.
That’s when I suddenly realized just how fast life could change in the blink of an eye.

End summer your way

Don’t put away your swimsuits and beach towels just yet. Keep firing up that barbecue grill. Summer is still trying to have its last hurrah. End summer your way doing the things you like to do – or should do.

Let go

Declutter, reorganize, remove, forget and forgive. It’s a different kind of spring cleaning. It’s time to let go.

Say Goodbye to Summer

Well this is it, just like that, your time is finally coming to an end. I won’t miss the triple digit temperatures you bring, but I will miss the little pleasures that come with your golden rays.

Pause. Have some tea.

Sit still, breathe in the sweet fragrance. Let each sip soothe your soul. Relax and unwind. Take a break.

  When life gets tough or you’re having a rough day, take a sweet break.
